Convener Rights
- (a.) A person who is appointed as a Convener may refer to themselves as Clann Muir Convener for their assigned geographical area.
- (b.) A Convener has the right speak to the Chief on an as needed basis, but all communications should be started through the Chain of Command to keep the lines of communications free and clear. Communication by email will be acceptable at any time, however, if a speedy response were required, communication through the standard hierarchy would be a better route.
- (c.) A Convener may recommend adoption of a non-Muir into the Clann but may not approve said adoption. Only the Chief of the Muir Clann may approve adoption of a non-Muir into the Clann.
- (d.) A Convener may recommend an honorary membership into the Society but may not approve said Membership. Only the Chief, a Guardian (Chieftain) of the Clann, or the President of the Society may approve Honorary Memberships.
